Placed a mobile order for delivery, I have COIVD, at 7:42pm. No updates on the app. No answer when I called the store. I had to catch an Uber up here to cancel my order. I arrived at 9:04pm and it hadn’t even been made yet. No communication. Avoid this place at ALL costs. Papa John’s is better overall.
This location is EXTREMELY hit or miss! I’ve had to get refunded twice for a bad pizza or an order taking longer than 30 minutes(for one pizza). I ordered a pizza today(8/18) that still wasn’t ready at 35 minutes…I cancelled it. I’m breaking up with this location 🤷♀️
they play games , you call in they take your order ! NEXT you waiting for a hour & half for your food , call & try to get updates just for them to keep hanging up in your ear. they lie about your order never being taken , this place is a true scam ! FOOD NEVER CAME CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES , no answer , no call back !
Manipulation at its finest. Do not order. You will be ripped off eventually. Most likely on your first order. Pizza Hut was our go to place after soccer games when I was a kid. Forget it these days. I have gotten wrong orders from this location multiple times over the last few years and let it go. Tonight, after receiving 2 of 3 pizzas I ordered incorrectly I attempted to call the store to hopefully get the correct order.
