I received a notification on the website stating that my order was ready. I went to pick it up exactly on schedule, at 7:00 PM However, when I arrived, the cashier informed me that my order was not yet ready. Terrible experience. I’ve ordered from here several times before and never received the correct thing. I ordered wings and received boneless with no sauce.

I ordered 12 traditional wings but was given boneless, the pizza I ordered DID NOT HAVE ANY SAUCE!!!

I ordered a medium pizza, cheese sticks and boneless wings for my family, only to have it arrive a complete mess. The pizza looked as if someone had dropped it and I received cinnamon sticks instead of the cheese sticks I ordered. I was told I would recieve a refund but so far no one has returned my calls. The entire blame was placed on the driver but in my opinion the establishment should take some responsibility especially when the staff knows their 3rd party delivery drivers are consistently making them look bad.
