Ordered pizza for carryout. Website said 15 minutes until it was ready. Pulled up the window 16 minutes later. The website said my order was ready but it took them 5 or 6 minutes to give us our order. How is the pizza both burned and room temperature at the same time? Literally after pulling out of the drive through to check the order! Waste of money... Wife said we should have just gotten hot and ready's. Staff are excellent, but Pizza Hut as a company has made the decision to incorporate doordash delivery without informing the consumer ordering online. My order was cancelled by doordash, but the Pizza Hut manager unfortunately had to inform me that they had handed my order to a doordash delivery driver already and that they likely stole it. Please avoid ordering delivery from all Pizza Hut locations and just do carryout. Smooth brain decision by the corporate hut.
