I placed an order online. I arrived before the time stated at least 10mins before, so I send my daughter in to go pick up the order. we literally stay like 7-10mins from the airline location to get home & my order looks like it's been sitting in the warmer for some time. There's no reason why my should've been that COLD😡😡
I could have left with out paying for my food and I brought it up to the attention... I would have thought that they would give me a discount for being honest. Well nope that didn't happen.....
Loved waiting 4 hours for a simple pizza
If I ordered through the app, my food should be ready by the time the app tell me that the other is ready. On top of that I saw the cashier how long until my food is will be ready...she said there were two orders ahead of me.... So I waited in the building and after 15 minutes I ask about my food again... And now my food was just sitting in the warmer...no one let me know my food was ready and I'm right there looking in their face. I could have been gone.
