My experience was poor. My order was wrong, what should have been a quick correction turned into an arguement with a very rude shift leader named Rae. I asked for the corporate number and she refused. She also claimed her general manager did not know the number either. Choose a corporate location. This location is a franchise which Rae arrogantly made me aware of. Next stop, social media. Thanks for the poor customer service Tiny Town Pizza Hut
We love Nikita! We really enjoy the food here we buy it every week for movie night. Our food is always ready on time and I think maybe once or twice in the over a year we have been ordering food has there been a mistake which they’re always happy to fix. Their delivery drivers are really nice – I don’t like when Pizza Hut uses third-party delivery drivers though. We keep going back again and again and will continue to do so.
