I ordered delivery and didn't receive my full order. Delivery driver was very rude and when told and showed him on receipt I was missing items he just said idk and left. Tried calling pizza but it just sends you to a main service place not even the store them transfered me to the store supposedly. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes just for it to hang up. I am beyond disappointed.

Food is fine but customer service is horrendous. I placed an online delivery order through their website and all I’m missing is one lg pizza. Trying to get in touch with anyone is impossible. I have been trying for the last hour to just speak to someone at the store. The phone number listed goes to a call center who only takes orders. They have transferred me to the store 5 times and each time I am waiting for someone to pick up for at least 10 mins. I just want to speak to someone about my missing pizza. That’s it. The 3 topping for $10?...Don't do it. Unbelievable, even with extra cheese it was one of the absolute worst pizzas we've ever had. We each ate 1 piece...dogs got the rest. Don't do it...NO way! Only 1 piece of pepperoni on 5 of the slices. The pineapple was the tidbit kind and only a few on each slice. The mushrooms were just as non existent. The pizza was also the only one I've EVER had where there were absolutely no cheese strands and we ordered extra cheese! You do get free live entertainment with the staff singing loudly... read more
