Clean restaurant. Newer building and the employees are always on point with how they prepare the food. They're always working in a timely manner.

Ordered 2 pizzas online, was given a pickup time of 45 minutes by the system which is long but I figured they were busy because it's Tuesday, Personal Pan pizzas for $2. I waited over an hour before driving to pickup the pizzas. I got there, nobody asking me if I needed help. A long line of people picking up and some who hadn't ordered yet. Once I was able to ask someone, if my pizza was ready, he said they were 2-2/12 hours behind. I said how far down am I on the list of orders and he said 3 orders from the top. Went inside the store and ordered a Pizza. The guy took my money never washed his hands. I started making my pizza. I ask him, are you required to wear gloves?And he said no. So I don't know where his hands had been. So I told him I wanted my money back and he gave me my money back, and I called pizza hut, and they did absolutely nothing. You should make your employees wear gloves. You don't know where their hands have been.

I can't believe you folks are still ordering from this place. I deliver orders out of here pretty regularly and the ineptitude and sheer slowness on full display here is enough to make sure I never spend my own money here. Every order out of this place is AT LEAST 10 minutes behind and it seems they mark the orders as ready well before they even come out of the oven. Papa Johns and Dominos both have better deals and are quicker. Pick one of them

Horrible. Order wasn't ready! they just started making the order when I arrived. The employee said sorry we are 20 pizzas behind , yet one guy went out to smoke his vape, the later another guy went out took a personal phone call, I know it personal because he was loud. So if those guys had time to take a break there was xno need for them to be behind . My finance works for door dash and it made he r delivery late. Plus there was a out 3 or other dashers waiting as well
