2 weeks in a roll I haven't been able to get the $2 personal pizza. I think it's a scam for bait and switch. Never ate at this pizza hut and I guess I never will because they always have a excuse. You will probably go out of business just like the rest of them!
Damn good pizzas and bread sticks
This place is filthy. The carpet is a million years old and has an inch of oil dirt. The place looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks. And finally the restroom was without towels and dirty. Don’t go to this place. National hwy Columbus in
I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut recently, largely thanks to the General Manager, Jacob. From the moment I called in, Jacob was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some excellent recommendations. The pizza was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Jacob's dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut, and be sure to say hi to Jacob!
I walked in and went to grab my carry out. The young man at the counter handed me my food and said “we over charged you by 4 dollars”. I told him it’s not a big deal, I need to head out, yall can keep it. He started no, I’ll fix it, stay there and give me a minute. He then called several people asking how to fix it while asking me to stand there and wait.
