Bought a delivery order. Waited an hour. Order arrives - pizza is burnt , no dipping sauce for the cinnamon sticks . A 67$ order that wasn’t edible Tried to call the store - no one answers the phone - nonstop hold. I’m still on hold 20 min and holding They owe me a refund Edited. My mother went to go get a pizza yesterday (9/1/26) and when she got to the place, the lights were off, no staff were present, and there was no clear sign as to why it was randomly closed at 5:30pm. She likes to go on Tuesdays for the personal pan pizza deal but has continued to get the run around from staff on the deal. We have been going to this Pizza Hut since I was a kid and it seems like the service quality has severely declined.
