Customer service was great, but the facility itself was disgusting. We decided to eat our pizza in the dining area, and to our shock, we saw a mouse running around. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I looked to my left, I saw a roach! Absolutely unacceptable. We will never be coming back.
Great pizza Everytime, but this locations really really really needs some refreshing/updates, looks sad and not attractive at all, attention franchise, thank you
Let's start off by saying that I've always been a Pizza Hut fan, as contreversial as that may be. However, this location is horrendous. Its been here for at least 30 years? and not only looks it inside and out, but the service is horrendous. I'm not hating on the staff as people, but service is extremely slow, process of ordering and picking up is awful and the inside of the restaurant looks like its a warehouse, with random junk in corners. The 1 worker visible at the register didn't address the line, didn't seem to go back... read more
Buffet area and bathrooms dirty.
This place is terrible. I was driving home and called. I waited in line for half an hour. When I got to the front, I decided to go in, only to be told that I have to wait another half hour and I can only pay with bills no bigger than 20. I felt so frustrated.
