Every time I order from this location I have a problem. The order is either wrong or takes double the time to receive. Today however I spent over 40 dollars on an order that never got delivered. I waited over an hour for the order. I received a notification that it was delivered at 1153 pm. I never got my order and the establishment was closed when I tried to call. The pizza.... perfect!!! Service less than that, i was standing there for about 5 minutes. Before someone came to me, finally i made my order on the phone and i feel like the tip was mandatory... personally with my experience working giving a service, i understand the job is hard and you can make a big difference in a persons work day, with a simple tip, but I need to receive a good service, at this location the employees weren't able to do that!!! Not rude but not nice at all...
