Do NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!!!!!! They gave me someone else's order when I ordered delivery. Told me I was wrong and it was my ordered. (My boyfriend paid in advance) Now I keep calling and refuses to give me a refund for an incorrect order I wouldn't accept from the delivery driver.
The worst thing about this pizza hut is the employees. There is no care. They completely messed up my order wouldn’t offer me a refund, wouldn’t remake my order, wouldn’t even apologize about. I am now contacting customer service about this but not a good way to do business
The food is good it’s Pizza Hut, but holy the orders, I can’t express how bad they mess up, with no compensation too, ordered a square pizza box, large, for my family of 5 and was told they don’t have the boxes left so instead I got a SMALL circular pizza box and no other compensation, was told to just take it. Horrible experience do not recommend going here if you want some Pizza Hut.
Ordered a large pizza square box and was told they ran out of the boxes and instead gave me a small box not even worth my money, don’t recommend ordering take out from here. Didn’t even compensate or anything.
Worst pizza hut ever. Can't even tell you if the food is good or not because they gave me the WRONG Order they weren't even considerate to make it right. Simply telling me there was no mistake when I have proof on the receipt and the pizza on my hand doesn't match
