The service is very bad, Every time I go to order something, the staff don't want to work even when there's still plenty of time left before closing.
Had a great experience at Pizza Hut Hicksville. The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, service was quick, and everything came out exactly as ordered. Definitely one of the better Pizza Hut experiences I’ve had. Will be coming back again soon!
They messed up my order which is no big deal. I called up immediately and was told they put a credit on my account for future use, good service. Now when I came back to use the "credit" the Indian Manager refused to honor it. Says that he will give me a less than half because that is what he thought should be given. Escalated to corporate who then refers me to speak to the regional manager who agrees with me and says he will honor the credit.
