I can easily say this is the worst pizza hut in Aurora with the worst employees and ManagersÂ
Placed an online order and it was delivered on time. Found my pizza was made incorrectly so I called the store and let them know. He was respectful and after confirming my number he added a drink as a extra for the inconvenience. This was also delivered on time and there were two drinks with the new pizza. The delivery driver was kind and refused my offer of the extra drink. It was quick, to the point, and no drama.Â
Horrible service and attitude from the employees at this location. We ordered pizzas for our staff and when we went to go pick up the order an employee informed us that it was never made because they thought someone had placed the order as a joke. The employee then lied and said she called to confirm the order but no one picked up. Cancelling a legitimate order is extremely unprofessional.
