I ordered I medium pepperoni pizza. Clearly the manager didn't hear me. When I received my pizza it was a small cheese. I decided to call back and she told me that I had ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese which was not the case. The manger was very rude and she told me to eat it cause that's what I ordered. I am never buying Pizza Hut again and that's a loss because it use to be my favorite. When the manger's away the employee just goof off, do their own thing, disregard customers' pizza actual orders and just do their own things to get orders out and they can close and enjoy fireworks and do their own things
