Let me start out by saying that I am normally a Happy Papa John's customer. I was drawn to Pizza Huts to try their STUFFED Garlic Pizza Knots. Only half of the Knots had the slightest amount of cheese in them. Half were stuffed with AIR. Plus, I had to look extremely close to find ANY CHEESE on the main part of the pizza. What a waste of $13. Here I came Papa!!!! Do not try Pizza Huts Knots unless you hate money and hate cheese (but love air in your knots). Why do I have to give them one star?
This review is more about the delivery from this location rather than the food....I typically am not one to complain but the past 3 times I have ordered delivery from this location I have had issues.....it is now 9:10 and I ordered pizza at 7:30 that was said to be here by 8:15.....I called the store to check on my order and was placed on hold for close to 5 mins before calling back....I was then told my pizza was on its way. Can't really beat the $10.00 pizza deal right now. The Young person answering the phone was very professional with her attitude and I appreciate that from any call in business!! With-out that, your business is as respected as the people who represent you!!!

TIANA, THE "MANAGER" NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AGREE WITH SEAN L ABOUT THAT! A LITTLE LESS ATTITUDE AND A LITTLE MORE PERSONALITY TIANIA. FROM ANOTHER DISATISFIED CUSTOMER
I ORDERED MEDIUM WINGS AND THEY WERE BEYOND HOT. EVERYONE WHO TRIED ONE COULD NOT EVEN TOLERATE ONE BITE. WE ALL SUSPECT PRANKSTERS. WHEN I CALLED, THE MANAGER "TIANA" WAS SHORT, RUDE, DID'NT EVEN APPOLOGIZE FOR WHAT WE ARE POSITIVE IS A MISTAKE. WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS, THE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE MORE "PEOPLE SKILLS" AND MANNERS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!!
