Took them 2 hours to not deliver a pizza. Tried to contact customer service just for them to only take notes to pass along. Never received my food or refund. Zero stars is more appropriate.
Delivery was okay since it was door dash my pizza wasn’t as hot as it should have been
This Pizza Hut is by far the best in Richmond! The people that work, their care about the food they provide, and it is always delicious!
Pizza was made perfectly. Only small thing I noticed is the waiting area is very cramped if there are multiple people standing there at once
This store is one of the best in Richmond Va if you get out on Staples Mill Rd and get hungry stop in here on the way home and grab dinner you won’t be disappointed!!!
