I’ve always ordered through the app and never had any problems. Months ago, my order was wrong and the manager put a credit on my account. When I went to use that credit, it wasn’t on my account. Today, the store didn’t give the dasher my complete order and could only put a credit on my account. I said I didn’t want a credit, referencing the last “credit” issued and instead wanted to be refunded what was missing from my order. The store isn’t able to refund online orders. I’m done ordering from this store.
Always forgetting half your order then get mad at you for calling in about it.
I have been hung up on 4 times and I really don't appreciate it .
