Ordered a pizza through the app, went an hour later when it said it would be ready, arrived to be told the pizza had not even started to be prepared yet, and I would need to wait another hour for the pizza. Would not recommend on a Saturday or ever again
3rd pizza after waiting for 40 minutes. First two were wrong toppings. These people can't read the orders or something. The picture shows the last one after I got tired of waiting and just left.
I’ve been waiting for the restaurant to reach out to me and was told it would be within three business days. Unfortunately that was last Monday. I’ve been to this Pizza Hut multiple times but this last time was it for me finding three hair strands in the pizza. 80.00 worth of pizza thrown away.
Worker completely ignores the customer for 15 minutes
Terrible experience, my order was 30.00 and I went to the store at the time the app told me and was told it would not be ready for another 25 min so I waited and when I finally got my order the Pepsi was hot and the pizza was cold. Bad customer service
