Clearly they were having staff issues. After 50 minutes we still did not have all of our food. Our waitress was very friendly and even gave us complimentary wings for our 45 minute wait! The food that we did get was fresh and tasted good. The problem appeared to be in the kitchen or with the shift management.

Waited 2 hours in the drive thru to get one large pizza that felt like it had been sitting in the warmer since I got there. Only talked to someone when I first got there and then 2 hours later when I got my pizza despite knocking on the window and honking my horn.

Not sure which is worse - the food or the service. Staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived to pick up an order at the suggested time and was told it was just about out of the oven. Nearly 30 minutes later, multiple other customers had come and gone, and I asked again about my order. She took my name (again) and brought out our boxes that had been sitting in the warmer nearly the entire time I had been waiting.
