Great job
One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I waited over an hour for an order that was never even entered into the system!! When I arrived to pay/ pick up my order that’s when I found out what occurred. Management showed absolutely no concern, offered no apology, no discount, and no effort to fix the situation. Instead, they blamed their call center and acted as if their internal mistake was somehow my responsibility. I called the correct Pizza Hut location and placed my order exactly as instructed. I gave it 2 stars because I spent 112 dollars and gave a tip. I ask for my pizza to be cut in squares and verified with the guy several times. N still did not get it in squares. My kids eat pizza a certain way otherwise they wont eat it. Then my NY style pizza was over cooked like it was warmed up and not cooked fresh.
