It's been a long time since I've been to Pizza Hut & I must say it has gone downhill. My pizza was cold & soggy although the wings were excellent. The staff needs to be more aware of what's going on. My pizza was done before the wings & instead of putting the pizza in the warmer I saw other orders sitting in while waiting for the wings to get done, it just sat in the box on the counter getting cold.
Got 2 large pizza and the crust had garlic on them and they were not supposed to have it on the crust and the crust was so big it barely had pizza! Terrible and no call to help fix it on the pizza hut app! Then you wonder why you are going down hill! I probably stop going to anymore pizza hut in the future!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would I ordered the box with two pizzas breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. I got home and realized it was undercooked and gooey. I called to complain they said they would remakes it so I came to the store and waiting they made one pizza that was burnt then I was told they have a lot of orders to do for me to wait after they were done here I am still waiting. If my order was not done right in the first place It should be priority before everyone else. This place I will never order from again... read more
Definitely gave me a good deal on five large pizzas also did not complain that I stopped in close to closing with such a big order
