Made a mobile order last night. Through the pizza hut app, got there. Set in the car for a while. Call and they said they were working on it, but it wasn't ready yet. My husband went inside to get the pizza. But after about fifteen minutes, and they told him that my order was canceled. Because they didn't have the ingredients. I order food and of course they were out of things. I asked for a refund on 1 item, they told me I had to go through doordash for the refund. I did not order through Doordash. I order through Pizza hut!! This place is a joke!! The people at the front do not know what they are doing. No customer service no profession at all!!

This place needs a whole new staff. At least for the ones working on 8.15.26 at 8pm. Literally don’t care about the place or the customers. Dirty and unprofessional. Had me waiting for a pizza that wasn’t even being made
