Pizza hut is my pizza of choice, but the $10 large in lancaster ,tx. is subpar. the toppings were less than minimal. I didn't experience this at the other locations. I left disappointed. Maybe next time.
Food always takes too long. App will say one time, but it won’t be ready until more than 30 minutes. This one is closer to us but we will just go to throne on ovilla. We never have this problem there.
Placed an order online, it was supposed to be ready at 10:18. It’s 10:33 and they’re saying they’re closed and don’t have an order. If you don’t wanna work don’t apply for the job.
Went around 9pm and saw the cook was making the pizza’s with no hair net and his hair was long and no gloves on and putting his hands on all of the toppings, ewww just disgusting
