I ordered delivery which arrive early; however it arrived 2 doors down at my neighbors who wasn’t home. She notified me because she had a ring camera. The driver LEFT THE DELIVERY ON THE GROUND. didn’t call me to ask any questions. Just left the delivery where he wanted. I wouldn’t of even gotten it had my neighbor not had a ring camera or if we didn’t know each other well. Then I called the store and the manager was rude. Interrupted me often. Pizza was very good and warm, I placed my order for pick up and was ready really quick 🤗 the cashier was very nice and helpful

1/11/26 Best pizza I’ve had from a PH in a long time. Upon arrival, the staff member at the window was friendly. He had me pull up and my pizza was brought out quickly by a girl who was also friendly. Good job, PH!

Rude manager, zero customer service, slow late order pick up times, give you wrong food with zero remorse Put you on hold when you try to get the right order, have very to drive there cuz they don't take it off hold tell you they're busy when you get there, they act like you made your own pizza wrong.
