Placed an order online and it never came. Called 9 times before someone picked up. Said she was the only one there and all orders were going to be refunded. Beyond unprofessional - wish I could have given 0 stars
Looks like somebody called off the manager was overwhelmed with all the orders and people in the store. She just closed the store and canceled all the orders and went home. This is terrible Service upper management should plan and staff better and get proper help so customers don’t have to face this inconvenience. Terrible management.
Very very rude staff. The location has a funny smell. The cashier was extremely rude when I visited and yelled in frustration because she couldn’t operate the register.
Floors in dining area and bathrooms unswept, no one checked with us to see how our pizza was. Smell of bathroom deodorizers overwhelming when you came in the door. Crumbs on every table.
