Horrible customer service. I was told my delivery would only be 20 minutes. After an hour, I called to check on my order and they told me it left a while ago and should be to my house soon. I waited another 40 minutes before I called back again. They left me on hold for 7 minutes and then stated that my pizza was already delivered. I told him it was NOT delivered. I had a pizza delivered with an expired open packed of "ginger boom boom" I called and spoke to supervisor, Adrian because Brian was busy. They informed me their policy is for ME to return the pizza to them for a refund. I already paid for delivery. What kind of customer service is this?!? You use expired sauce packets? Just gross! Will never use them again! Poor customer service! You made the mistake, you should make it right!
