Buyer beware: Called in to order for delivery and had an issue with my pizza never being delivered. I called back the next day to resolve this issue and dealt with an extremely condescending employee. I understand this is a partially fast food chain and I wouldn’t expect anything less however I would expect Pizza Hut to better train their employees with better conflict resolution protocol.

The pizza was extremely doughy, hardly any sauce, the mushrooms were small bits, like their conserving because theirs a shortage??! Won't go here for lunch again.

The truth is that they don't even deserve a star, my dad went to buy a medium cheese pizza. My dad doesn't know much English but he knows enough to order a pizza, just that my dad told him that his English wasn't very good. He started with an unacceptable and super unbearable attitude. Another person who was Hispanic and spoke English also helped him order the pizza. This week was actually the first time I ever had Pizza Hut and all of my 25 years on this planet. I can honestly say there is something about their pepperonis that have me hooked. Highly recommend my server was amazing.
