This week was actually the first time I ever had Pizza Hut and all of my 25 years on this planet. I can honestly say there is something about their pepperonis that have me hooked. Highly recommend my server was amazing.
I ordered a two pizzas And spent $36 including delivery. I have been a huge fan of pizza hut for so long but the pizzas were awful. The pizzas were dry and the cheese was hard. The pepperonis were so hard as well. We took 2 slices and didn’t eat anymore of it. The pizza was super thin and just terrible. I am so upset.
Rude on the phone
Poor customer service skill, I didnt remove the tip to avoid affecting others , but the guy ( dont know the name) was very rude x 2. Please give training to these people taking orders from customers.
Staff is always nice.
