I had a really disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. The food quality was poor—my pizza was greasy, undercooked, and lacked flavor. What bothered me even more was the lack of basic hygiene. I noticed staff handling food without wearing gloves, which is unacceptable. Overall, the experience felt careless and unclean. I won’t be coming back.

Picked up order I had placed online and two of the pizzas were burnt and inedible. Contacted customer service via chat as no one would answer at the location when I called. I was offered a voucher for a free pizza on my next order, but I wanted a refund for the pizzas since they had to be thrown away. They informed me a manager from the location would get back to me. Was a wed night and everything was clean in redturaunt with fast and friendly service. The manager had to correct something a new worker did wrong but did it away from customers and In a positive reinforcement way I was very impressed.
