I haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time, so I figured I'd give them a try. I made my first order last week, and although the app said it would take 15 minutes to be prepared it ended up taking almost 30. I tried again tonight, and once again, the app said it would take 15 minutes. After I ordered, it changed to 43 minutes. I waited an hour before I gave up. I told them to cancel the order. Ordered at 11:20pm Pizza Hut sent order through door dash who delivered the wrong pizza and refused to take order back, argued with the front desk of the hotel. Called Pizza Hut to report problem employee was extremely rude to me. Spoke to a manager who said they was resending the pizza. DoorDash then delivered pizza to the wrong hotel !!! Store then closed so I never received my order !!!!

The Manager was incredibly disrespectful and both of our simple orders for cheese and pepperoni pizza were messed up.The manager even through away the incorrect order of pizza instead of just giving it to us.
