This location is terrible at following directions. After placing an online order with notes and the option to add extra marinara I always call and they always assure they'll add extra marinara. I prefer thin and crispy therefore if extra marinara isn't added it'll be dry. That's exactly what I say. I had someone go pick up my order and he asked for extra marinara on the side the guy at the front desk informed him he had already added extra marinara in the pizza as if he had done it himself.
