Austin is a horrible District Manager and he needs to lose his job! To call a customer back behind a prior incident that happened with his ride manager Christine should be handled by corporate! This man had the audacity to call my phone and threaten to file harassment charges on me for handling his crew member exactly the way she handled me, rude and disrespectful! Amazing customer service from Christi! I mean it. First of all, i came here for Valentine’s Day to get Pizza Hut heart-shaped pizza and I asked if I could see the box before my pizza was done so that I could write “will you be my valentines” on the inside not only did Christi say “absolutely!” and did it for me with a smile, but she even supplied me a red marker to draw a beautiful heart when I only had a black one.
