They need to get their own drivers!! Door Dash just delivered my pizza and it looks like it was Frisbee across a street and dropped!
We ordered and paid for items, some of were missing. When we called the store we were told to contact their 3rd party delivery partner (Door Dash) but when we contacted Door Dash, we were told because we ordered through Pizza Hut website, we had to contact Pizza Hut. When we ..again called Pizza hut... the person hung up on us. We called once more and asked to speak to a manager, we were on hold for more than 13 min before they hung up on us again. Pizza Hut was awesome after Uber eats driver initially stole our order I called them and told them and they sent DoorDash out and replaced the order. No questions asked. True integrity. Good business. Thank you, Pizza Hut!
Very slow
This is a delivery Pizza Hut and you get really good deals if you go online and order your pizza for pickup you can get it even cheaper and they have great deals when you do it that way and the pizzas I've been good and consistent. I could actually count the little bitty pieces of beef on my pizza I got a three topping pizza it had about 10 mushrooms on it and about 10 pieces of onion and about eight pieces of beef on the whole pizza not just one slice the whole thing terrible in the crust needs a little work of course it co... read more
