I'm adjusting my rating from a previous 1-star. The new management seems to care, hold standards, and we've seen an improvement in service. The ONLY reason I give it a 4/5 stars is because to feel like to a nice greasy proper pizza (Let's face it. We don't go here because it's health food) you have to ask for extra sauce, extra cheese and extra toppings. Which then cost you extra money. Was told to pick up the two pizzas in 30 minutes. Got there after 33 mins. Was told it will be another 8 minutes and to go park in the front, they would bring it out. An hour later I went in and my pizzas were on the pickup shelf, not even warm. $65 for 1.5 wasted hours and two cold pizzas is pathetic.
Had a great experience with the manager Jacob. He’s always very friendly when my company sees him and very professional!
Consistently runs out of pan and stuffed crust pizzas by midday
