I’m not sure of the female manager’s name is at this location, but she is possibly Asian. No racism intended as I didn’t get her name, but her demeanor and how she speaks to her employees is absolutely repulsive. You’re screaming at these young adults like they’re children. I wouldn’t even scream at a child that way. Wish I could give a zero... literally the worst managed store I have ever been to. Wait times were double what was estimated, terrible customer service, manager that didn't want to take accountability. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE!

This location is terrible in customer service. You’ve got a little Asian lady with a very bad attitude that lies to customers about wait times and when confronted she tells you that you can leave her store. I wish I could’ve recorded from the beginning but I didn’t know that she was going to be disrespectful from the beginning. The two guys working are always busting their butts and extremely polite. Food is always correct and perfect. A lot of customers are rude and honking horns in drive thru but they remain calm and just keep pumping out pizza.
