We used to enjoy going to this small town Pizza Hut in St. Francis, KS when it was run by the previous GM BJ Killingsworth. Got a regular Supremo and added onion, olive, and banana pepper for $1 extra per topping. The manager Kody rang me up and failed to mention this. So two sandwiches there cost $25+. Insane. They also got rid of the Cajun fries. Won't return.
There was a rough patch for this location for quite a while to the point where I finally left a 1 star review and didn't order here for a year plus. Since then however, things have gotten much better. The food has been made correctly and much more consistent as of late, so I'm changing to 4 stars. Customer service could be a little more friendly (although not horrible) and that would bump me up to a 5.
