I order a rather difficult pizza. I'm new to the Kennesaw area and I had my doubts about another location making my order but AJ followed through in every way. If I could give this place a zero star I would!! I ordered dinner for my kids one Friday night and after placing an order that said it would take 25-47 mins I got my food 2 hours later and it was cold and disgusting. Putting it back in the oven did no justice. Then when I called the lady told me I only have 2 ppl working so it’s going to take a while. Well yall need to close down if that’s the case! Smh
The red head girl with glasses claims “she’s not dealing with anymore customers” but this is the job she was hired to do. Deal with customers. So you can only imagine the service with someone in that mindset
Food is always good. But the service is spotty at best. They will take an extra 30 minutes to get your pizza ready and not act regretful or offer something to make up for their mistakes. Bad customer service.
