Did an online to go order and it was perfect. Ready when I got there. Glad to see the salad bar is back. Not a fan of the general call center to call in an order.

Ordered a pizza and I was given the wrong one. I called to store and they took my number and said we will give you a free one. Sooo today I decided to order one and first of all, couldn't understand a single word the person that answered the phone said. I told her I needed to talk to a manager, she put me on hold, and I was on hold for over 15 minutes until I finally hung up never getting to speak with anyone. Pizza Hut has sure gone downhill.
