I used to order from pizza hut and got no complaints but this time experience was pathetic. I requested well done but received half cooked, received toppings that I didn’t order and delayed by 30 minutes as estimated time shown on the order. Worst call center there is!! Can’t take orders right!! I don’t blame the Pizza Hut employees they’re just making what’s on there screen! I’m not one to complain about anything but if it’s done numerous amount of time something has to get fixed and I’m sorry but the call center is putting a real strain on Pizza Hut’s image!!
Really disappointed on the fact that pizza hut doesn't give you free marinara sauce or ranch with your purchase of bread sticks and or pizza had to drive back to pizza hut to pay $4.36 for these items and go back home to cold food. Lesson learned just can't comprehend how a million dollar company is trying to squeeze out any little profit sounds pretty pathetic to say the least.
