Waited an hour and a half for food, my child did not get their food for almost two hours

She came and took our drink orders and we sat for 25 minutes waiting for our drinks and she has never came back to take our order!! Not impressed at all!!
Extremely Poor Customer Service. This location offers a highly disappointing experience. The service is incredibly slow, and the staff appears frustrated and unwelcoming. After giving them a second chance, we were once again met with disrespectful treatment from the female staff. The service was so poor that we chose to leave before even ordering. Management seriously needs to address their staff's professionalism.
