My husband and I ordered dinner last night and I should have know better. We have eaten at this pizza hut before and its always less than stellar but normally the food is over done. Last night only two of our items were cooked completely. We order a large pizza, wings, double order of bread sticks, personal pan pizza, and cinnamon rolls. The pizza here is typical Pizza Hut, however the customer service I received today was exceptional. The young woman working the counter, (Diamond), saw me struggling with my cane and mobility issues and offered to help me. She carried my pizzas out, opened the door for me, and placed my pizzas in my truck for me. It's nice to see people go over and above to help.others. Thank you Diamond.
Ordered personal pan pizza they said they don’t have any waited 45 minutes then had to order 3 med pizzas which means I had to wait another 45 minutes it was at 8:30 it is now 9:44 still no pizza? What a bummer ?
It’s Father’s Day and I placed an order just a little past 6 pm and after 3 hours I’ve learned that my pizzas have been made twice and given to other people. At around 7 pm the staff was telling customers that were coming in to place an order that it would be a two hour wait for their order to be fulfilled. Before I paid I asked if I would have to wait that long, and I was told that my pizzas were being made and in the oven, but then I later told that my pizzas had been mishandled and given to another customer.
