This is an incredibly poorly managed franchise. The owner should really have their franchise pulled from them. I don't drive. When I got to the door off this location at 7:30 on a Friday night, the lobby door was locked. A sign on the door says "Use pickup window after 9:00 p.m." There was no other sign to indicate that they were closed. This location needs new management. Whenever they are short-staffed (which is often), they close the entry door and force you to go through the drive-thru. There is not enough room for all the cars in line. And this is a poor method - If someone's Pizza is not ready, they should not be in a drive-thru line. If you're going to close one register, it should be the drive-thru one, and make everyone walk inside. That would make your line move faster.

If you have all the time in the world, you can make this work. Waited at the drive thru window for 30 minutes and just left because no one even came to the window to help. Would give 0 stars for service if I could considering I didn’t get any service and lost 30 minutes on my night
