I had never ordered from Pizza Hut in Easley. On 6-15-26, I ordered personal pan pizza and breadsticks. The first thing I noticed is the vegetables were not fresh. They were brown around the edges. The vegetables were soft like they were going bad. I took one bite, disgusting. I threw away. I thought surely the breadsticks would be OK. Simply disgraceful!! New employees, shift leaders and management is highly recommended for this store! Every time I order whether it is Carry-out or Delivery the order is “mixed-up” and “I got someone else’s order”. Tonight, 06/15/2026 will be my last time purchasing ANYTHING from this piZza hut location!!!! How dare you give me the wrong order then tell me there’s nothing you can do about it because the ovens are off????? How hard is it to look at a screen and correctly make a freaking order?!?!? I love Pizza Hut, I can always count on them for a creamy garlic sauce, pepperoni, and banana pepper pizza and some fabulous wings. I always get the boneless, and I’m a pain because I always ask for extra sauce but they always do it and they’re so friendly about it.

We come here every Thursday. We love the pizza! Depending on who is working the level of service can vary. Overall, it hasn't stopped us from patronizing them on a regular basis.
