I placed a delivery order through the Pizza Hut website. They outsourced to Doordash who delivered the order to the wrong address. I chatted with customer service three separate times about a refund and was told each time that they'd contact me in 1-3 business days. Never happened. I just spoke to the store and they refused a refund. Credit only. After all that? Nope. Find ANY other pizza place. This one is done.
Lilie is amazing. She did her big one. She was very nice and accommodating. Give her raise. The store was nice and clean
Like many, I've had my fair share of good and bad experiences at different Pizza Hut locations. This one is the first in recent memory that has always provided extremely prompt service, never made a mistake on my orders, and on occasions where I needed help (like today), they were super friendly and helpful. These guys rock. :-)
