I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered our pizza 2 hours ago and it’s still not here. We’ve called customer service and our driver multiple times and they keep claiming to be 5-10 minutes away, but have been saying this for an hour. Such a waste of time and still no pizza. Update: The pizza never showed up and the customer service said they’d call back sometime tomorrow about a refund 👎👎 Meanwhile, my husband and I didn’t get dinner.
Poor customer service
For the third time now, this pizza hutt had straight up stolen my money. No pizza ever delivered, lied to him by there Customer Support was nearly impossible to find. Nothing but pre-generated emails from the company lied to by every employee until they just quit answering the phone altogether. This is why Pizzs Hutt is the crackhead of the food industry. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would I’d even go negative this place is an embarrassment The owners in corporate should be embarrassed.
