The white oak pizza hut is sad. so sad. The place is falling apart. HUGE pot holes in the parking lot. There is no lot lighting and the restaurant signage isn't even lit up. They messed up my order and pizza huts call center is a joke! They transferred me to a restaurant in Texas. You can't even call the store directly. No one there answers the phone anyway. After about 40 minutes round trip waiting for my new food, the woman working did the right thing and refunded my order. I won't be ordering from this location again.
I would like to commend the staff for consistently preparing my son's order to perfection. As he is a selective eater, their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate his preferences is greatly appreciated. Additionally, the establishment maintains a clean environment and fosters a welcoming atmosphere with their friendly service. Thank you for your dedication to excellence.
