Ordered 24 pizzas for Vacation Bible School and it was delicious. The kids really enjoyed it. The in-store ordering process was efficient and the employees were very friendly. The inside of the store needs upgraded and cleaned. Floors were very dirty.
I placed an order on the app, it was delivered in an hour but when we opened it it was BURNT !! I reached out via app to resolve this issue and was told someone from the store would reach out within 24 hours. I waited and nothing, I decided to go back on the app to check and see when they planned on reaching out and was told the WHITE OAK STORE tagged my complaint as resolved . First the parking lot needs fixed big potholes second dirty outside of building the windows the structure dirty food dried out the workers if that's what you want to call them what a joke oh and the restroom I'm lost for words what kind of condition that is
