Placed an order online for pickup in 45 minutes. When I got to the drive thru they couldn't find my order. Thank goodness i had the email with order details. After searching for another 10 minutes they finally found it and I paid. Only the did they tell me they were "backed up" and it would be another 20 minutes. So, in other words they lost the order somewhere and were just starting it. Bad service, then lying about it. Update 4Dec25: New meal and I can't compliment Jamel enough. He was very professional, courteous and polite plus attentive. Awesome service to go along with another very flavorful thin crust pepperoni onion pizza, delivered rapidly with a perfect crust. We found a list of “Pizza Hut Classic” locations and this happened to be close to our Airbnb on Richland Chambers Reservoir (25min). When you walk in the door, the memories come flying back. The booths, red and white checkered table cloths and the stained glass lights. The only thing that was missing was the buffet and salad bar, although I don’t think any location does that anymore. Typical Pizza Hut, reliable and good quality. I had the Tavern Crust pepperoni, mushroom onion, which is thin crust cut into squares. The pizza was excellent overall; light and crispy crust with a fresh taste, the sauce was fine, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. A typical Pizza Hut pizza. I had to signal for attention a couple of times and the manager attended to my requests when he noticed, so a slight hit on service. This was not the case on previous visits so not really a problem.
