The woman at the window had black hair and bangs, and she was extremely rude. We said thank you after receiving our pizza, and she slammed the window in our face. Very poor customer service. I came around 4:30-5 it was not like I was coming right before they closed?!?

I just ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in Arkansas City Kansas. I paid online. The driver showed up and said that I hadn't paid. I pulled up my bank account online and showed him the charge for the pizza. He went back to his car to "talk to his manager". How convenient was it that he found the receipts that showed I had paid in full. I wonder how many people he has ripped off with this scam? Pizza Hut you should be ashamed that people like this work for you.
