Store recharged my card for an order we had placed 3 weeks earlier. I called the location to figure it out and get a refund and the manager was so rude and told me it’s not on them and there isn’t anything they can do and I have to dispute it with my bank. Then he hung up on me. This location stole from me, charging my card a second time three weeks later is stealing and I know he could refund it but he was too lazy to and didn’t even offer an apology for the trouble or a credit to my account or anything. Enjoyed a BBQ chicken pizza. Little heavy on the BBQ but tested great.
We ordered our food at 7:30 and it came at 8:45. We weren't hungry anymore. I understand you had a large party coming but we ordered an hour before them. Please prioritize better!!
