Fast delivery and the food was good. Only negative was the delivery guy asking if I was going to tip him.
Placed my order around 8pm online, and it said to be delivered by 939pm. So my family waited. Here comes 10 3pm and still no pizza, so I called customer service and they told me that my order never left the store and will soon be on its way. Since it was over an hour they said it will be free.. so we waited longer and then 12 am rolls around. Still no food. So I called again and they credit me $20 to my account but I'm sure I will never use it because I will never order from this place EVER... we NEVER received our food!!
This has to be the worst experience that I have ever had with trying to get a pizza. I ordered online and finally got the site to accept my info. Then it said I would get my pizza in about 40 minutes, An hour later I called the call center to find out they had cancelled my order because the driver supposedly couldn't find my house. An hour and a half later I finally got to talk to the supervisor of the call center .
