Can't seem to find my house that is 1.5 miles away in an edition off of the same road as the location. I called after 45 minutes asking where ourbkuzzas are (app said 25-30 minutes). An hour and a half later the manager calls and says that the driver couldn't find my home. Which is btw certainly on every map app available in a large edition fairly nearby to the pizza hut location. Very disappointing as one of my kids, who is rderd a personal pan pizza, has now fallen asleep without his supper.
Wow Now THIS IS WHY PIZZA HUT STANDS OUT AGAINST THE REST AS THE BEST!!! SO glad I decided,because of Josh gave this location another shot. Ordered 2 hut boxs' for the 2 most picky kids ever; Boneless BBQ honey wings& fries. Chicken was cooked to perfection(of course I HAD to try a wing lol) So SO good. UPDATE; WOW!!! I TRIED TO GET MY CREDIT TODAY RIGHT ; SO I ORDERED THE 2PIZZAs FOR $20 PAID FOR PAN AND ORDERED THE BREADSTICK DEAL WITH A 2LITER OF SODA; WAITED THEN HALF THE ORDER WASNT THERE AND NO 2LITER OF SODA. UPDATE: Someone called me offering coupons to "make it right". I declined. They only care now because they got called out. Where was this attitude yesterday when the freaking MANAGER refused to take any accountability for what he did. I'm not going to be bought off with some lame free pizza coupons. You don't get to make this go away like that, you need to actually take accountability. Especially when it doesn't sound like they took any steps at all to correct the kind of behavior I saw.
