Not a fan of being prompted to tip twice as a way to guilt me into tipping. I pay online and choose not to tip there because they never answer their phones and send it to some call center. When you pay online you can’t choose no tip either. You have to choose a custom tip and put 0.00 in. Then, when I go in for pickup, the lady who works there (on multiple occasions) prompts me to tip again as if I have to go through that in order to get a receipt for my purchase. I ordered delivery from there I was going to tip him but he was very rude and very unprofessional. So I decided against tipping him. The food was also not good. I woke up this morning to see I had a charge of 5 dollars added to my account with pizza hut. Was told it was the tip I filled out. Which I stated I did not do. But in the end they can keep that 5 dollars I will never order or recommend you ever order from here....
