Pick up time was 11:40. 12:05 and I still don't have my order. I don't entirely blame the employee. You can't staff one person to cover the lunch shift. Unacceptable, management needs to do a better job scheduling.
Never again will I order from this store. I placed an order and was missing two pops. I left a 25% tip and the whole reason I ordered delivery was to avoid going out, so that was annoying. I called the store threw times and still haven't really spoken to anyone. I called the number listed for the store and spoke with three different people, they're not actually at the store. Each time I say I'm missing items from my order, they transfer me to the store and then I just hear an obnoxious dial tone.
When I walked In I seen 3 employees and not 1 spoke to me I had to talk first ? Which is not good customer service
