Food was all good. The orrville pizza hut doesn't honor the specials listed on the website. Their dinner box starts at 24.99, add another dollar for cheese sticks.
Drove in level 1 snowstorm to pick up pizza only to find crust on meat lovers is thin not hand tossed I ordered and on my receipt. No biggie mistakes happen but when I called to give them the opportunity to correct it the guy answered the call after holding for 8 min then put me back on hold for nearly an hour so I gave up. About halfway thru I call on my husband's phone to see if just busy or avoiding dealing with it.
